Overlooking the Olympic Park Oval and next to the Yarra River, Royal Botanic Gardens and Birrarung Mar we offer easy access and free car parking.
Do you see TAC, Workcover or DVA patients?
Yes we do, but please note you will need to pay the full fee for your consultation following the appointment and claim back from TAC, Workcover or DVA personally. As we are a private clinic, there may be a gap in the refund that you receive back.
Should I arrive early for my appointment? What do I need to bring?
Please arrive 10 minutes before your first appointment to complete a short new patient form. If you have any relevant paperwork, such as scans, referrals, or clinical notes, please bring these as they help your practitioner provide the best care. Performe offers free parking for your convenience, ensuring easy access to our clinic. If you’re unsure what to bring, feel free to contact us for assistance.
Do I need to make a referral to make an appointment?
Our services are open to everyone, and you can book directly through our website or by contacting us. However, appointments for our Sports and Exercise Consultants and Orthopaedic Surgeons will require a GP referral. All other allied health services can be accessed without referral, however if you have any correspondence from a GP or another healthcare provider, please bring it along as it may assist in tailoring your care. We strive to make the process simple and accessible for all clients.

What is the difference between a Sports and Exercise Medicine Consultant and a Registrar?
The key difference between a Sports and Exercise Medicine Consultant and a Registrar lies in their level of training and experience. A Consultant is fully qualified specialist in Sports and Exercise Medicine, has completed all training and passed specialist exams to become Fellowship-certified with the Australasian College of Sport and Exercise Physicians – ACSEP in Australia). A Registrar is a qualified doctor who has a medical degree and is currently undergoing specialist training with the ACSEP.
Do your Sports and Exercise Medicine Doctors give injections?
The doctors at Perform have specialist training and experience in the treatment of a wide range of conditions that may require injection therapy. Procedures including the use of Cortisone, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and Viscosupplementation can be performed onsite during your consultation. If you have been referred for one of these procedures please inform our admin staff at the time of making your appointment.
